How to Enter a Follow Up Date

A Follow Up Date can be entered when creating a customer invoice so that you are reminded to contact a customer in between normal servicing by running a report.

1. Before processing the customer invoice select the date you want to follow up on from the calendar or enter the date in the date field;

2. Click on the green note icon to enter a description or reason for the follow up, once you have entered the text click on the green Done button;

3. To view all Follow Up notes run the Follow Up Report found in Reports - Business Reports - Workshop Reports;
