Clear Browser's Cache and Cookies
Sometimes your browser can store unusual information, which causes issues with Workshop Software. This information can be cleared from your browser and this guide will explain how.
1. Press control, shift, delete, this will bring up the settings page.
2. In the settings page, there will be an option for "Time Range", use the drop-down box and select "All time".
3. Make sure that the "Cookies and other site data" and the "Cached images and files" boxes are ticked but not the "Browsing history". Which should look like this:
4. Press clear data.
5. Log out and then back in to Workshop Software.
